Charity BaBa’s Tournament in aid of Sichuan Quake Relief

On May 12th a devastating earthquake rocked much of Sichuan province. Since that time, there have been continued aftershocks (and full quakes), increasing the amount of destruction and the number of people killed or injured.

It will take years and our combined efforts to recover from this natural disaster.

To help with relief efforts currently underway, the Chengdu Rugby Football Club, in conjunction with Sichuan Quake Relief, will be hosting a Charity Tournament on October 10-12, 2008. Much like our St. Valentine’s Day Massacre Tournament, this will be an entirely barbarian event. All players will be randomly assigned to a team the day of team size will be dependent on the number of participants. Thus it is open to individuals AND teams.

In return we ask that each participant ( whether it be an individual or as a team ) make a donation to quake relief efforts. Remember, no amount is too small so whatever you can give, we thank you for:
